A Kansas native,
Jay walks the line between family man and creative professional. He loves the K-State Wildcats and coaches basketball in his spare time. Not surprising that his favorite movie is “Hoosiers.” In past work, he applied his design skills to a Colorado mega church, Christian school, urban youth ministry and various business ventures that brought out his creative side. He once painted ten large scale “Wizard of Oz” murals for a college food service event in under three weeks. Today, he is blessed to live with a wonderful wife and three teenage kids. Life is exciting at the Phelps' house.

Professional golfer turned marketing expert. Phil gave up his day job to compete with business professionals on the side. Yes, a good thing. He swings a serious short iron and he is long on ideas. He brings professional marketing experience to the table having worked with various large name clients. He once attended the University of Kansas (Jay Hawks) and still roots for their basketball team. Who can blame him. He knows a good team when he sees it. He is no-nonsense and is often overheard saying, "we know design and marketing, but, if you want fancy titles, go there."
